Do I need to be on-site?
No, as long as we have secure access and instructions ahead of time.
What if the date I picked isn’t available?
We treat that as a Preferred Cleaning Date and confirm availability. If it’s booked, we’ll offer the next best options.
How do I get a quote?
Submit the Contact form with sq ft, frequency, and priorities, or give us a quick call. Someone will help you book your free 30-minute consultation.
Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes, weekly/biweekly/monthly plans are discounted vs. one-time.
My space is larger than 2,000 sq ft—can you handle it?
Absolutely. We’ll quote based on size, traffic level, and frequency. Day porter/nightly options available.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
When capacity allows. Call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What do you need from us to get started?
Walk-through, scope approval, point of contact, access details, any restricted areas, and preferred products (if applicable).
What if something is damaged?
Report it within 24 hours; we’ll assess and resolve promptly through repair, replacement, or insurance.
How do you measure quality?
Startup checklist, routine inspections, and client feedback loops. Your dedicated point of contact ensures consistency.

1) Scheduling & Arrival Window
Appointments are confirmed by email.
Arrival window: ±30 minutes from the scheduled time (traffic/parking can affect this).
First-time deep, post-construction, or >2,000 sq ft may require a walkthrough or photos before we book.
2) Access & Security
Please ensure building access (front desk, key, or code) at your start time.
Lock-out/no-access fee: 50% of the scheduled service to cover reserved crew time.
We follow your alarm rules and keep all access info confidential.
3) Supplies & Equipment
We bring professional-grade tools and cleaners.
Eco-friendly options available on request at no extra charge.
Client-supplied products/equipment are welcome with advance notice (results may vary).
4) Scope of Work
Service follows the checklist for your selected package.
Add-ons can be scheduled in advance or on-site (if time allows).
Post-construction & move-out cleans may need multiple passes due to dust settling.
5) Health, Safety & Exclusions
We do not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, heavy hoarding, or specialized restoration.
We don’t move heavy furniture/large appliances unless pre-approved.
Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, and personal items.
6)Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 business hours’ notice required.
Same-day cancellations/reschedules: 50% of scheduled service.
No-show/lock-out: 50% (see Access).
7) Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy? Email info@wedemeticulous.com within 24 hours with details/photos.
We’ll re-clean the reported area(s) at no charge. (Excludes permanent damage, wear, stains, or tasks outside scope.)
8) Breakage & Liability
We’re insured. Report accidental damage within 24 hours with photos and a description.
We can’t assume liability for pre-existing conditions, unstable fixtures/artwork, or items not designed for standard cleaning.
9) Parking, Travel & After-Hours
Client reimburses actual parking fees if required.
Travel beyond our standard radius may incur a modest fee (quoted in advance).
After-hours/weekends: +20% premium; holidays: +30% (quoted in advance).
10) Insurance & Documents
COI/W-9 available for property managers and corporate/vendor onboarding upon request.
